The terms and conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Customers are reminded that colour representation can differ from computer screen to computer screen and within web browsers. With this in mind, please be aware that the colours of the prints may not exactly match those show on your computer screen. All of Alison's background solid colours are bright and vibrant even if they might look subdued on your screen.
Customers are also reminded that, despite claims to the contrary, no print can be made entirely resistant to sunlight. With this in mind, prints (and indeed all art) should not be left in direct sunlight.
All customers have a 10-day "cooling off" period whereby goods can be returned for a full refund. Alison operates a quibble free refund policy and we are happy to refund money for unwanted goods that are returned in the condition that they were despatched.
Your purchase card will be debited at the time of order and the goods will then be despatched. Mail within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed For First Class Mail" service. Use the link at the bottom of this page to view the postage costs.
Alison cannot guarantee that the product ordered is in stock. In the unlikely event of a customer paying for goods that are not available, a full refund will be made for those goods paid for. Alison will not be liable for any other losses or expenses a customer may suffer if we do not supply them.
Alison reserves the right to refuse, modify, amend any order or price and will inform you immediately of any such change. You will then be given the choice to cancel or amend your order. If, upon your order being accepted, it is later found there is a problem with your purchase card, Alison retains the right to cancel the order without explanation and refuse further orders.
In the event of any litigation arising from ordering goods or accessing data on the Alison Jacobs web site, the user agrees that at any such litigation will only be subject to English law and would only be heard in English Courts.
Alison Jacobs or any of her affiliates, employees or other representatives will not be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this web site.
